Achievements :

• Surpassed revenue target in 2018 and 2019, overachieved revenue from target of 21 % in fy2017.
• Identified new services domains with off highway customer and developed new competency in 2018, later it got expanded and converted to ODC(Offshore development center) with 100 + offshore & onsite engineers.
• Successfully implemented the design to build project (500 k usd) for us based off highway customer, where the fixtures are designed, manufactured in india and transported to client location in texas, us.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing the facility rearrangement plan and rearrangement team to complete planned rearrangement activities, including capacity and productivity goals.
• Developing material flow plans for all material coming into a facility for production.
• Analyzing data on facility demand, demand variability and supplier shipping performance for each part number.
• Analyzing data about inbound and outbound functions throughout the facility.
• Performing physical, tactical work to reduce / eliminate supply chain constraints at both the facility and value stream level, working with a cross-functional team of personnel.
• Reviewing, analyzing and cleaning data prior to migration into the PFEP Master Sheet Tool.

Achievements:

• Designed and developed “Operations Visions System” as a replacement for stopwatch time studies which is 40% cost effective compared to standard data collection methods and generated $180 K USD savings.
• ~2 year's International experience (USA) at Caterpillar Inc. Milwaukee, WI, Decatur, IL, Aurora, IL as an International Service Engineer (ISE).

Role & Responsibilities :

• Participation in New Product Introduction, engineering change and other projects to offer knowledge, expert advice and commit to Variant Configuration and Bill of Material task duration.
• Perform technical analysis of manufacturing processes to support management decisions.
• Design / direct the acquisition, design, Assembly engineering, fabrication and repair of all necessary tooling and machines.

• Developed medium tractor products hardware commonality preferred hardware list and enlisted in REDI (Patented in CPS Document site)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the responsibility of implementing design for assembly and serviceability, Virtual-EBOM to M-BOM, SWES, PFD, and Torque Tool, build tool selection and control plan.
• Contributed in development of lean manufacturing strategy including modularity, parts simplification, finish to order and delayed differentiation, commonality study of hardware's and strategic enterprise initiatives including LCP workshops and built in Quality.
• Responsible for leading the team to perform the Sequencing, Tool access, ergo access, Landing study, space claim and Virtual Optimization

Achievements:

• Successfully identified over150 issues in NPI during the concept designing of the product, further facilitating in resolution of resolve issues before the iron build (cost saving: $20000).

Role & Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Consultant (Onsite) :

• Analyzed the interface systems used by customer for material movement (starting from customer demand, Vendor Supplies, Internal material supply, distribution of material from stores to different work centers of Assembly)
• Analyzed value stream mapping and finding out gaps
• Conduct wall to wall count.
• Provide services in configuration of Material Routing.
• Provide the Logistics solutions in Material Handling and delivery.

Industrial Engineering Consultant (Onsite) :

• Conduct time studies for assembly lines.
• Coordinate with offshore team in updating changes to work flow process in Capp+ (Assembly Process Planning Legacy System)
• Capture the process and sharing the information to offshore team for creating Visual aids.
• Provide material location and aid in updating the Material Routing.
• Gathering the information on the Material Handling and aided in provide the Logistics solutions from ware house to delivery.

Project Lead (Offshore):

• Managed and led multi-disciplinary process planning team.
• Prepared cost estimates, schedules and project specifications for proposals.
• Reviewed project goals and objectives on monthly basis with project manager and team.
• Provided technical direction on industrial engineering projects and initiatives to other engineers, designers and technicians.

Achievements :

• Successfully lead 4 Mfg. Engineering team consisting of 30 engineers
