  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process for Employee Shared Services for India and Overseas subsidiaries.
  • Cost Management:
  • Implement cost-saving measures and initiatives to enhance financial performance.
  • Track and analyze the financial impact of Travel and Manpower Cost.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
