Duck Creek is a Insurance product and a niche skill. Syntel is a gold partner in DC. As per business criteria /market need with the guidance of NA HR Head we have initiate a referral training program where we build a small team. With the help of tech team we trained them and deploy them on ongoing project with our active customer.
