As a Gandhi Fellow,at the Piramal Foundation, I have significantly developed skills in project leadership, stakeholder management and capacity building. I collaborated with District, Block, Panchayat administration as well as various departments to enhance healthcare, education and community development initiatives to improve outcomes in the Gopalganj District, Bihar.

• Supported NITI Aayog's Aspirational Block Program at Grassroot level
• Assisted Public health facilities (DH, SDH, CHC, HWC) in preparation for NQAS,LaQshya certifications, contributing to quality assurance and patient care improvements.
• Monitored 18 VHSND sites across blocks, analyzed service delivery gaps and coordinated with medical officer for actionable improvement.
• Supported government health initiative such as TB Free India,Nikshay Mitra for Tuberculosis, raising awareness among 30+ beneficiaries and ensuring medication distribution.
• Collaborated with ASHA, ANM and Anganwadi workers to counsel parents of 36 SAM children, facilitating admission to NRCs and supporting recovery.
• Coordinated health camps across four panchayats in partnership with Lions Club. Improving access to essential health services.

Malnutrition Identification and Referral

• Partnered with district and block officials to streamline identification and referral of malnourished children.
• Collaborated with ASHAs and AWWs to identify 12 malnourished children from 20 AWCs; ensured referral to NRC.
• Conducted nutrition awareness sessions in six schools to promote preventive healthcare.
