• Requirement gathering and identify product gap in the system and analysis for FCUBS and FLL Product.
• Work with technical/ Kernel team to design and assist on customise module(s).
• Provide support on application development, implementation and post implementation support.
• Drive business workshops with channels, core systems and other stakeholders to gather business requirements for developing / customising the product.
• Prepare user stories / Business scenarios / functional specification document and ensure completeness.
• Conduct walkthrough' sessions with business / internal stakeholders to clarify and confirm user stories / functional specification document. (Engineering team, testing team, Counter teams)
• Prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with user stories / business scenarios /functional specifications.
• Perform functional testing and retesting as part of quality assessment and raise bugs when found through channel.
• Provide clarifications to the development and testing team as and when required.
• Work with documentation team to develop user guides, UM and training materials.
