• During my regular audit we noticed Same chassis no is punched in Multiple tractors. When crosschecked we found one operator bypassed Number punch Poka-Yoke due to malfunction and manually punched numbers in few tractors. Same numbers were punched in other tractors after clearing error in punching machine.
