Work opportunities and Achievements under Fenesta Building System

1) Work experience in 4 different states Bihar,Jharkhand, Kolkata and Currently in Chhattisgarh as customer service representative from Fenesta for retail and project sites.

2) Completed 2 project sites of high-rise building (G+25, G+15 and G+10) in Jharkhand.

3) Currently handling 5 project sites ( Shivam -118 villas, Arshiya Sky - 3 tower/126 flats, Cloud 9 - 2 Tower/ 82 flats, Mapple Tree - 54 flats, Shrijan infraventure - 38 duplex flats).

4) Got recognition as Service champion 7 times in last financial year and 3 times in this financial year for good execution planning and service complaints closure.

Key Job Responsibilities -

1) Production and Installation Planning of windows and doors of Retails and project sites for Chhattisgarh.

2) Send windows and doors in to production, Coordination with Factory team to get delivered material on given deadline.

3) To increase customer satisfactions by communication of every stages over Mail and phone calls.

4) To delight customer, planning of installation before delivery as per customer requirements.

5) Running sites visit to check quality of installation, Ease of installation challenges, On job training of Technicians and Installer Vendors.

6) To increase monthly billing, fortnightly Planning with Dealer and follow-up with customer.

7) Maintaining Pending order book tracker, stock at site tracker, open site tracker and Complaints/ service Request Trackers to known real time status and further planning within TAT.

8) Assurance of first time right materials receipt. Report of discrepancies. Immediately new product requisitions to factory thought Reorder for all deliveries of Chhattisgarh.

9) Final work inspection and Handover to customers, obtain good feedback and appreciation from customer over Social Media Platform or Mails or on Hardcopy.

10) Planning to improve Service Quality Index to keep the Zonal performance on TOP for Chhattisgarh.

11) Certification of Installer vendors Bills and follow-up with Commercial for its easy and prompt clearance.

12) New installer vendor development in the local areas and their training of installation as per installation SOP, arrangement of audit through Zonal Auditor for Final Certification.

13) Preparation of Project status report windows wise and flat/villa wise for all project sites of Chhattisgarh.

15) Maintain good relationship with customers (External and internals)

16) Dealer weekly meeting regarding priority plans of production and executions.

Work opportunities and Achievements under EDMAC Engineering Consultant (July 2015 -March 2017)

1) Work experience of 2 years as a MEP Engineer of 1000 cr building construction project, constructed by L&T construction, Represented BMSICL (Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation) established under Govt of Bihar as supervision consultant.

2) Supervision of Establishment of Electrical wiring,

LV System and PA systems.

3) Supervision of Establishment of Plumbing, Fire Fighting system and its Testing.

4) Material inspection as per approved Technical specifications and IS code.

5) Monthly RA billing certification of Contractors.
