Over my 7.5 years of tenure at Thomson Reuters, I have actively participated in numerous projects.


  • In 2016, I took on the role of a OM Senior specialist during the transition of the UK Entitlement Business process to the Bangalore location. I played a pivotal role in ensuring the process's stability during this transition.
  • Following the completion of the transition in 2017, I took full responsibility for the Business and contributed multiple ideas for simplifying processes and extended my support on floor assistance. One notable achievement was the automation of the Lawtel process using Selenium in a web-based application. This automation streamlined the process significantly. When a case entered the queue, specialists would input basic information into a spreadsheet and execute the script, which would process and send emails. This automation greatly benefited operational teams by freeing up resources for more value-added tasks.
  • In 2019 to 2023 Present, I have been involved in several site-level projects, including the migration from Legacy systems to Proflex and subsequently to the end-to-end Order Capture Automation process. Our Automation Success ratio % is 83 %.


In the current year, we successfully deployed 3 UI Bots in the Database Provision team and the Entitlement process for the Legal Business segment.


I have thoroughly enjoyed each role assigned to me and consistently given my best to the team.
