As the Lead in my current role, I actively manage UKI Operations Business. 23 resources directly report to me. As part of my core responsibilities, I manage projects and mobilize the appropriate team resources to ensure successful project deliveries and run BAU operations day today basis, minimize delays, and overruns, and manage project efficiencies. I provide oversight and monitoring of services throughout the entire product implementation lifecycle, focusing on:
- Capturing high-quality business requirements.
- Creating design and walk-through documents, as well as solution workflow diagrams.
- Performs UAT testing before product enhancement or Product implementation.
- Providing enablement training for customers.
