Role and Responsibilities Technical:
1) To ensure Genpact FCRM product (riskCanvas) implementation happen in Client environment. This includes coordinating with customer technical as well as business functional team to ensure smooth implementation of FCRM solution, which not only cover customer business requirement but also it satisfy Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
2) Conduct Requirement Discovery and gathering sessions, Requirement Elicitation and Refinement.
3) Performed GAP Analysis and Estimation
4) Prepare Requirement documents, Business Process Diagrams and workflow creation in Activity tool.
5) Analysis "AS IS" client business and based on agreed requirements or Function points determine the area of impact and overall high level solution i.e." TO BE'
6) Data Model creation, Variable creation and their mapping between UI vs BPM wf’s (Activity) vs Database system.
7) Involved in Data Ingestion and Data quality check activity (data from Client server to rC database) write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan.
8) Monitor and managed risk/issues related to requirement and scope
9) Define Business logic with help of client SME
10) Prepare functionality understanding document and conduct KT sessions for target audience- Development and testing team, UAT users.
11) Work with Test Manager to ensure all business requirements are end to end cover in Test Scenarios.
