Roles & Responsibilities

• Created tables and views on snowflake as per the business needs.
• Created various stages like internal/external stages to load data from various sources like S3 and on-premise systems.
• Bulk loading from the external stage (AWS S3) to the internal stage (snowflake) using the COPY command.
• Loading data into Snowflake tables from the internal stage and on the local machine.
• Used import and export from the internal stage (Snowflake) vs the external stage (S3 Bucket).
• Responsible for all activities related to the development, implementation, and support of ETL processes for large-scale Snowflake cloud data warehouse
• Writing complex Snow SQL scripts in Snowflake cloud data warehouse for Business Analysis and reporting.
• Create task flows to automate the data loading/unloading to/from the Snowflake data warehouse and AWS S3.
• Writing complex SQL scripts in the Snowflake data warehouse to support Business reporting.
• Creating automated scripts to load data from Snowflake to though the spot server.
• Understanding of data transformation and translation requirements.
• Understanding data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud-based implementation.
• Analyzing code and performance tuning UDFs, UDTF, Procedures using SQL/Python.
• Worked with both Maximized and Auto-scale functionality.
• Published reports and dashboards using Snow Sight.
