The software used for these services is written by EDL (Event Driven Language). The objective of ITM (IT Modernization) project is to migrate and/or replace the existing software into interactive and user friendly web application.

  • Involved in the review analysis and design of workflow processes for eligibility determination and processing during the inception and elaboration phases of RUP (Rational Unified Process).
  • Involved in designing the activity flow, class, sequence diagrams for the workflow in UML using Rational Modeling Tools.
