Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, improving overall user experience. Work closely with business, tech, operations and product for devising the credit and compliance strategy.

• Contribute to the overall product roadmap across all platforms- Web Interface and Mobile App
• Manage the product development process.
• Run experiments on new initiatives and quickly iterate to come up with solutions for product launches.
• Working with Business, Operations, Collection teams in collecting and analysis product new product requirement
• Gather product requirements and align them with business goals
• Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to align and successfully ship the product / feature on time
• BRD/ Product Note preparation
• Perform manual functional testing
• Liaised with internal and external parties on procurement of new product formulations, international requirements and regulatory changes.
• Directed concept design, feature definitions and production support.

● Handles ATM / Debit card activities for Rural accounts including usage monitoring through dashboard and MIS.

● Tracking of AL& PL disbursed through Rural Lending area office.

● Monitoring and facilitating rural customer service by monitoring request and complaint and software maintenance activity for AOV and Rural Sakaham . Support to all stakeholders for queries and system mapping related to charge removal tool

● Handles ECLGS for Rural B2B loans.

● Monthly reconciliation for team lease employees under Rural Operations.

● Handles rural Lending Customer Service and related developments and support for request resolution.

● Co-Ordination with various stakeholder (CPU & IT, F&A etc) for account opening/account servicing. Solving the portfolio related query across pan India.
