• Designing and execution of biggest expansion project to create manufacturing facility to deliver to growing demand over more than 10 years horizon.
• Team participation in brainstorming for Innovation ideas that helped to build most modern facility for Colorcon which is still considered as reference in most processes.
• Lean Six Sigma driven initiatives with professional certification program to have min 10% black belt and min 50% Green belt for Operations team members.
• Facilitated effective communication between internal and external stakeholders to improve clarity and deliver to expectation.

In this role I was responsible for 3 key technical functions - Tech Services Laboratory, Formulation Centre of Excellence and Front Line Technical Managers providing Customer Support.

I was member of Team handling various business functions of UK based Forum Bioscience from their Branch Office in India.

• Responsible for business development activities as well as providing Regulatory & Commercial support to Indian as well as European Customers.
• Promoting new generation excipient from JRS Pharma and Mineral Salts of Dr Paul Lohmann, Germany to Indian Generic Customers.
• Deliver higher double digit growth on all products during my term.
• Sourcing of DMF/ COS grade API from Indian Pharma for export to US and EU customers.
• Worked closely with Indian Companies to develop documents and systems meeting requirement of highly regulated markets.
• Gained strong leadership skills by managing projects from start to finish.

I was leading the Research and Development Department of Soft Gelatin Capsule manufacturing Company.

• Overall responsibility to develop formulations in Soft Gelatin Capsule form and Softlet Form to meet Customer requirement, similar to Contract Research and Manufacturing.
• Attending customer meetings with Managing Director to provide technical insights and recommendations.
• Successful technology transfer to commercial scale in shortest time for quick execution.

Joined as formulation Development Officer in Mumbai and then relocated to Goa with the plant moving its operations.

• Was responsible for new formulation development, technology transfer, troubleshooting, vendor evaluation and continuous improvement projects of technical nature.

• Leveraged data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive technology driven improvements.
