  • Managed company products based on their product family, Pack size, and Individual Product Discount.
  • Oversaw the management of new system users for the sales process. Created Objects & Relationships.
  • Workflow rules are used to update fields, email triggers and validations, and list views with the required sharing setting for roles, profiles, public groups, and filters.
  • Quote Approval based on the Product Discount is streamlined.
  • Oversaw the deployment of the development components using Dev, QA, UAT, and Production sandbox.
  • Configured reports and dashboards for ROI analysis using the Marketing cloud.
