  • Analytical & in depth knowledge of application helped to work & give a quick fix/work around solution to customers in the Production.
  • Ex: Chart and Allegro, one of the customers in EXPORT_EXPRESS application, were facing issues while posting ROD CSV in Express Application. I had analyzed the issue, tried to reproduce it in QA box & could identify the root cause of the issue, which was the combination of special characters & file format in this case. We updated the same thing to customer & asked them to modify the file. After that file got processed without any issue. And another customer was blocked with integration process in Production, helped Development team member to identify the root cause & resolved customer Salesforce configurational issue.
