Project #1: Fresh-Chat

Application: Customer service application

Description: Fresh-Chat is a customer service application, in which users will chat with agents and the service providers for their concerns and their clarifications. This was launched in many regions like India, US, Europe and Australia.

Role : Manual Tester.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and analyzing the user stories.

• Validate existing bugs and flows.

• Should handle releases and sanity checkers during prod deployment

• Prepare test scenarios and test data for different user stories.

• Identifying end to end scenario test cases and executing it manually.

• Evaluated and documented actual test results against expected results.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrum meeting, review and

Retrospective.

• Defect tracking in Fresh-Release in-house tool.

• Reviewing the failures on daily build and prepare a document with a screenshot of the issue

Reported.

• Raise and track the defects until their closure.

Project #2: kimvet.co.za

Description: Kimberley Veterinary Clinic is a provider of quality and affordable pet and animal services and products, situated in Kimberley, South Africa. All our veterinarians lead with their own interest and speciality, thus enabling us to offer health care to all animals ranging from hamsters to horses, birds of prey, rhinos, amphibians, cats and dogs. The list is endless. Our unbridled passion and knowledge allows us to provide the best care possible.

Role : Manual Tester.

Responsibilities:

• Gathered domain knowledge from the product manager.

• Understand and analysis of requirements by Software Requirement Specification.

• Involved in preparing Test plan, Test cases and Test Data.

• Executing test cases manually and prepares daily execution report.

• Extensive use of Defect and Test Management tool to log the defect and test result.

• Providing adequate support to the developers for defect analysis and performing defect management lifecycle.

• Performed Integration testing, Regression testing, End to End testing, System 

Testing. 

Project #3: kimvet.co.za

Description: Catch.com.au is Australia’s largest privately owned online retailer with close to 400 staff, over 45 thousand square meters of warehouse space shipping over 10,000 orders per day. Catch is committed to providing Australians with amazing deals.

Role : Manual Tester.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and analyzing the user stories. 

• Prepare test scenarios, test data and test data for different user stories. 

• Identifying end to end scenario test cases and executed it manually. 

• Evaluated and documented actual test results against expected results.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrum meeting, review and retrospective. 

• Defect tracking in Jira and update the daily efforts in Jira. 

• Reviewing the failures on daily build and prepare a document with screenshot of the issue reported and send to client. 

• Raise and track the defects until it closures.

Project #3:  Flybe 

Description:  Flybe Airways is the largest independent regional Airline in EUROPE. It carries 8 million passengers a year between 81 airports across the UK and the rest of Europe, with over 210 routes across 15 countries 

Role : Manual Tester.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and analyzing the user stories. 

• Prepare test scenarios, test data and test data for different user stories. 

• Identifying end to end scenario test cases and executed it manually. 

• Developed test plan for system testing based on SRD and BRD.

• Evaluated and documented actual test results against expected results.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrum meeting, review and

Retrospective.

• Performed Defect Tracking & Management in JIRA

• Worked in a highly dynamic AGILE environment and participated in scrum and sprint meetings.
