• Managing the project using Project Management tool JIRA.
• Facilitating the daily stand up
• Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Effective sprint planning and maintaining sprint backlog and supporting the product owner.
• Removing Impediments and building a trusting and safe environment.
• Working with leads to handle new requests and remediate backlog
• Being the Point of contact for Pet care clients (stakeholders) involved in requirement gathering, resolving tickets on time, involved in Production issue fixing on time, co-ordinating campaign launches, etc
• Used to provide Weekly and Monthly status reports to the stakeholders
• Well-versed in ServiceNow Tool for ticket and incident management activities and acted as a Bridge between the client and development team
• Passion for working on web applications, Mobile applications, content management system (e.g Drupal, wordpress..)
• Guiding the Team in terms of technical aspects.
• Take care of website support ticket process, overseeing quality assurance, workload distribution, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Hands on experience in working with Project management tools like JIRA, Azure dev ops, Acquia Cloud, Confluence
• Having knowledge on Version control GIT
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with all stakeholders
