• Azure Cloud Management: Worked on the Azure platform, managing Virtual Machines (VMs), storage, and networking resources.
• Patch Management & AKS Upgrades: Performed VM patching updates and upgraded Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters to enhance security and performance.
• Linux Administration & Scheduling: Managed Linux-based systems, executed scheduled activities, and automated routine cloud operations.
• ServiceNow Integration & Incident Resolution: Utilized ServiceNow for tracking incidents and resolving cloud-related issues efficiently.
• Change Management & CR Processing: Actively participated in the Change Management Board (CMB), raising Change Requests (CRs) to ensure controlled system modifications.
• DevOps & Automation: Assisted in CI/CD pipeline management, automating deployments and improving cloud operations.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I worked as a System Engineer on the Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) project, managing network systems and ensuring seamless operation of telecommunication services. My key responsibilities included:

• Alarm Monitoring & Incident Response: Utilized Netcool (ticketing tool) for alarm monitoring, triggering, and flow management, enabling proactive issue resolution.
• TSRM Administration & User Management: Managed TSRM (monitoring tool) with admin privileges, handling user accounts, access controls, and service requests.
• Server Maintenance & Health Checks: Conducted routine health checks on Linux-based servers, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• TAC Coordination & Log Analysis: Collaborated with Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) to diagnose and resolve alarm logs and network incidents, minimizing downtime.
