• Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & Continuous Improvement related to cost, Quality, Safety and Processes related.
• SPC implementation and Capability analysis of the process.
• Defining and providing process specifications control limits for the inspection of the solder paste inspection and Automatic Optical Inspection machines.
• Implementation of Engineering Change note in process, Documentation and BOM in running products.
• Responsible for the Stencil designing improvements ,PCB Palllets designing , Router Fixture designing and Underfill Pallet designing.
• Defining CTQ’s and CTP’s in the running production line and control of these through monitoring them.
• Cycle time study and improvements in cycle time study.
