- 7+ years of Quality experience in ITES industry with good exposure to U.S Healthcare Domain.
- Technical Support Specialist (Data Analyst/Implementation): Providing assistance with various EHR/PM systems (Connector installation, Database issues and API Management) Responsible for monitoring and providing technical supports to servers and workstations infrastructure.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve Level One problems for users of the workstations and Servers through ticketing, mailing, phone etc.
- Managing servers and workstations patching daily and monthly.
- Working with Clients IT contacts to complete the installation of our in-house Software and also with the technical issues faced in relation with data extraction or connectivity issue.
- Handling a team of 10 employees and managing escalation calls/ Work Allocation ( tickets/tasks)/ preparing their monthly report and monitoring their KPI’s.
- Coaching and training within the team to up-skill their knowledge.
- Identifying and providing solutions to server and workstation issues by taking remote access.
- Check the database connectivity and access using an in-house tool (SPINE).
- Reviewing Test Case Document Software defects, Report Bug to development team and take follow up for the same.
- Monitoring the SLA (team) as per given policies and guidelines.
- Updating SOP/ Confluence page for process improvement.
Project Management:
ASPS, Nextech Cloud services and Elixir enrollment program, (2019-2023)
ASPS(American Society of Plastic Surgery): Individually worked on this project and helped the Doctors to complete the Sign up process and the issues occurred while entering patient implant details Manually or by scanning the implants Barcode/QR code.
Nextech Cloud: Nextech is a EHR Vendor and I used to work with them individually regarding Data related issues or installation issues.
Elixir Enrollment Program: Elixir is a program where few of the EHR vendors have a tie up with and my role was to Assist practices in regards with the login issue and the Enrollment process as a part of the onboarding process.
