  • Technical Support Specialist (Data Analyst/Implementation): Providing assistance with various EHR/PM systems (Connector installation, Database issues and API Management) Responsible for monitoring and providing technical supports to servers and workstations infrastructure.
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve Level One problems for users of the workstations and Servers through ticketing, mailing, phone etc.

Project Management:

ASPS, Nextech Cloud services and Elixir enrollment program, (2019-2023)

ASPS(American Society of Plastic Surgery): Individually worked on this project and helped the Doctors to complete the Sign up process and the issues occurred while entering patient implant details Manually or by scanning the implants Barcode/QR code.

Nextech Cloud: Nextech is a EHR Vendor and I used to work with them individually regarding Data related issues or installation issues.

Elixir Enrollment Program: Elixir is a program where few of the EHR vendors have a tie up with and my role was to Assist practices in regards with the login issue and the Enrollment process as a part of the onboarding process.
