Marketing Data Lake with Data Engineering | 2021 Building out a data lake to ingest marketing data from various external sources like Marketo, Sprinklr, Media Associates and Google Analytics. The solution uses various data engineering components of Azure like Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen 2, SQL, Azure DataBricks and Azure Functions.
Script-less Autonomous API Testing | 2020 This is a solution that automates the entire testing process of an API service. This uses python as the principal language to develop the entire solution. It is deployed on Azure Web Apps via Azure DevOps CICD pipelines. The Phase 2 features of this solution is currently being developed. This solution was successfully led for a patent ling in India and the United States.
Call Scoring Solution | 2020 This solution was developed for the Leading Fintech BPO business unit. This scores a recorded call center artifact - based on the voice-emotion and text-sentiment. Using these two parameters the call gets classified. Besides this the speech-to-text diarized transcripts and keyword extracts are other useful outputs from this solution. Eventually a bubbled-up dashboard is built at various levels for the call center unit. This solution was successfully led for a patent ling in India and the United States.
Digital Banker | 2020 | PoC This was developed using the Soul Machines Personas with the AWS bank-end. The solution was to develop a bot that looks and interacts like a human and provides banking solutions like checking savings balance and booking fixed deposits. The solutions includes a face and voice authentication solution.
Customer Segmentation and Churn | 2020 | PoC Development of a Customer Segmentation dashboard on Power BI using ML Clustering algorithms. Customer Churn prediction and preventing churn via Bank touchpoints like mobile banking apps etc.
Commercial Loans using Blockchain | 2020 | PoC Implementation of a Smart Loans solution that uses Blockchain. This was developed in the Azure Blockchain framework. Solidity was the programming language. This involved the development of a mobile application that interfaces with the Blockchain solution via REST API
Voice Authentication over IVR | 2019 | Citizens Access This project involves provisioning voice based authentication over the phone IVR system of Citizens Bank, US. We use Twilio to receive IVR calls and route it to VoiceIT through REST API calls for voice authentication. This is initially being hosted on Heroku – but would be shifted to Azure as a hosting platform (PaaS) later. The core task of this project is passive voice authentication.
Sales Call Analysis Rating using AI | 2019 |Sales and Marketing Team This project is for the Sales and Marketing Team. As an initial POC the solution was developed using Cognitive services such as Microsoft Speech-to-Text, Microsoft Sentiment Analysis, Zing-Chart for Word Cloud generation and most prominently Open Vokaturi open source technology for voice-based emotion recognition. The objective of this solution was to automatically analyze, rate and store in-bound calls within a call center.
Marketing Team| 2018 | WhiteSpace Worked on creating a Machine Learning Classification model that could be run in batch mode for Big Data. Worked on Azure blobs, Azure ML Studio, Python and Excel Power Query. Challenge involved with working with a large amount of data which is a limitation on Azure ML Studio. Leveraged Azure blobs to execute the trained models as consumable REST API services through Python. Working on using Azure ML Service (SQL/non-SQL) to develop a full automated pipeline.
Global Testing Services Team | 2018 | UI Image Compare Working on automating the Smoke Testing of UI screens as part of the Global Testing Services - Automation Testing Framework. Used a Python-Flask framework deployed on a Ubuntu 16.04 server on Azure. Development done on TFS2019 with a CI/CD pipeline to develop and release the code into production. The solution was developed as a standalone product and as a REST-API service on the Python-Flask framework. Core image compare package used was OpenCV. Highlight of the solution is the usage of the Azure DevOps CI-CD pipeline to move solutions into Azure Web App
HR Department | 2018 | Attrition Predictor Working with the HR Department of Leading Fintech Tunisia and Leading Fintech Bangalore to develop an attrition predictor. Also exploring possibilities of other People Analytics solutions Face, Voice and Emotion Recognition| 2018 Worked with an international team from different geographies to develop an AI cognitive solution to do four factor authentication of a mobile financial app user. Also integrated emotion recognition for personalized user service besides hacker detection and reporting. Various product managers across Leading Fintech have expressed interest in integrating parts of our solution into their existing product. REST-API based cognitive services were extensively used.
