Looking after High-End Automated Track Systems connected to Automated Analyzers, Fully Automated Integrated Immunoassay/Chemistry Analyzers and Fully Automated IMMUNO HEMATOLOGY Analyzers.

Territory Handling-

Eastern India (Kolkata, Rest of WB, Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, NE States) and Exports (Bangladesh and Bhutan)

Handling The Distributor Service Partner of Bangladesh and its Customer Service Engagement Activities and Engaged in Managing Direct service support to Bhutan.

Profile- Leading and Managing team of engineers, the service/support and Installation of Medical Diagnostic Instruments, CRM, Spares and its Logistics, Customer Focused Service Engagement Activities and Maintaining a high rating of NPS.

Playing an active role in assessing, defining and improving competency levels amongst the field service team through organized trainings, on field support and continuous assessment.

Re-defining and improving the performance measurement parameters for all roles in the function and bringing in ownership and accountability at all level in the service organization.

Responsibilities-

Looked after Service, Support and Installation of High End Erba Auto Analyzers, Sysmex Hematology Cell Counters and Coagulation Analyzers.

Territory Handled-

Kolkata and Bhutan
