• Manage the complete process of Accounts Receivable for F&V Export.
• Manage the complete process of Accounts Payable - Supplier.
• Manage the complete process of Accounts Payable - Vendor.
• Manage export incentive tracking and liquidation.
• Monthly Provision tracking and variance analysis.
• Liaising with Bank on all inward /outward of forex.
• Reconciliation of Sales & Purchase on a monthly basis & close the variance/s.
• Manage monthly, quarterly & annual audit processes include working with team members, external accounting vendor, own manager to develop templates and coordinate review sessions with appropriate business partners.
• Manage the complete process of Insurance of export shipments & Credit Insurance with respective agencies & filling of timely return, payment of premium.
• Ensuring maintain & filling all the documents and recording of all the transactions on time with respective authorities.
• Works closely with external accounting vendors and business partners to develop effective relationships and drive innovation in accounting, administrative procedures that reduce costs, improve efficiencies and/or enhance client or vendor relationships.

• Manage the entire process of Account Receivable as well as all requisite reporting, analysis and functionality of these and related accounting service business areas.
• Manage monthly, quarterly & annual audit processes include working with team members, external accounting vendor, own manager to develop templates and coordinate review sessions with appropriate business partners.
• Ensuring filling of all the documents and recording of all the transactions on time.
• Reconciliation of Sale Accounts.
• Close monitoring of booking & payment of expenses with correct deduction of applicable tax.
• Effectively manages team members towards accounting team goals and in accordance with established management practices.
• Following up with Overseas Buyers on Export.
• Negotiation with Forwarding Agents to reduce the freight cost.
• Coordination with forwarding agents for Custom Clearance & fast process.
• Timely reconciliation of accounts with Overseas Partner.
• Ensure timely payment from Overseas Partner.
