1. Contributed to growth journey of Tata Steel by successfully managing project and construction of various facilities/plants across the locations like Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), Kalinganagar (Odisha) and various locations under Raw Material division (Iron Ore and Coal).
2. Presently engaged in Growth Projects of Coal Mines at West Bokaro under Tata Steel Raw Material division.

(iv) Lime Calcining Plant (LCP) at Kalinganagar under Phase#1 project.
(v) Coke Side Machines at Coke Oven Battery, at Kalinganagar under Phase#1 project.
(vi) Industrial structures at SMS & HSM at Kalinganagar under Phase#1 project.
(vii) Granshot plant at Kalinganagar under Phase#1 project.
(viii) Metal Recovery Plant (MRP) at Kalinganagar under Phase#1 project.

4. My core responsibilities are:
(a) Concept to commissioning, aligned with long term plan and strategy.
(b) Trading off between cost, time and scope within a boundary of statutory norms.
( c) Identification of risk at different stages of project and mitigation planning.
(d) Define plan to provide strategic direction/guidance to attain & surpass goals of the construction to meet the requirements of the customer, within the budgeted time and cost.
(e) Monitor compliance of the Construction strategy/plan with benchmarking standards and ensure implementation of the in-house Project Construction focusing on Zero harm and Project deliverables.
(f) Ensuring competency development in project Construction team through enhancing engagement, continuous learning and innovative culture. Design mechanisms and processes to maximize capacity utilization of resources Optimize productivity and cost by deciding operating model of the business process. Define & monitor adherence to relevant quality, environment, health & safety standards.
(g) Enhancing the in-house Engineering and Project Management capability.
(h) Identification of socio-political challenges / issues and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for mitigation within the boundary of Tata value.
(i) Driving Project Deliverables through engaging with BU, D&E, Procurement, HR etc., including central team for managing key stakeholders Administration, local leaders, Media, NGO etc.
(j) To prepare short and long term strategy to ensure the ability to achieve project deliverables.
