• Represent engineering in daily HOD meetings, and coordinate departmental activities.
• Ensure timely response to guest maintenance requests with professional service
• Focus on guest comfort, a good ambience, and a well-maintained environment with thoughtful touches.
• O&M of HT and LT equipment, VCB, 630 KVA transformers, ACB, MCCB, MCB, RCCB, and maintain a report of the same.
• Operation and maintenance of backup power systems: DG set 200 KVA, 500 KVA, and UPS 30 KVA.
• O&M of PCC, MCC, AMF synchronization panel, HT/LT panel, and APFC panel, DOL, star-delta starters, and AC drives control panels.
• HVAC system - 95 TR water-cooled chiller, heat pump, air handling units, TFA, VRF system, split/cassette AC, FCU, and cooling towers, cold room with BMS monitoring and control.
• O&M of hydro-pneumatic system, pumps, RO, WTP, softener plant, and STP plant.
• Firefighting equipment’s with Fire hydrant system, water sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, FLS, FAS - smoke heat detectors, and their control panel.
• Developed emergency response plans and conducted drills to ensure staff readiness and safety.
• Operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, such as dishwasher machines, grillers, pulverizer machines, walk-in coolers/freezers, deep freezers, and tea-coffee making machines.
• Monitored compliance with local regulations and safety standards across all engineering operations.
• Documentation- Maintain Daily report, Month End report (MER), HLP, incident tracker, consumption tracker & compliance's report
• Analyzed equipment performance data to inform predictive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime.
