Project Abstract: I handle troubleshooting user network issues, access issues, and Windows issues by taking remote sessions on VNC. I manage calls and open tickets, resolving them within the estimated time. I monitor network link down alerts and log tickets with concerned teams such as Airtel, BSNL, Sify, and Tata (ISP) teams. I respond to incident escalations from internal and external clients, tracking and troubleshooting them. I handle outage calls and tickets by documenting them in Outlook, understanding the business impact, and escalating to the appropriate DRS and DC teams. I configure new switches and routers and monitor network devices using the WhatsUp Gold monitoring tool. I also regularly follow up on open incidents and information requests.
