- Lead Team with the projects straight from supporting them with the Input review, RFI discussion, technical discussion, Supplier discussion, seller discussion, and proposal submission discussion.
- Developing estimation and proposal for tender bids based on tender drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and other tender documents, preparing costing sheets using Excel, and preparing proposal documents using Word format.
- Developing cost analysis, quantity take off, equipment, cost comparisons, technical analysis, and detailed costing for a tender project.
- Coordinating with the customer and identifying the appropriate solution as per the project requirements
- Acting as an interface to customers and responsible for ensuring that projects are executed within the agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer's technical specification requirements.
- Designing system based on British standards like BS EN 50132(CCTV), BS EN 50133-1(Access), BS EN 50131(Intruder) based on the region and providing accurate costing.
- Developing typical / templates for complex systems and project-specific standards
- Monitoring and controlling the work assigned against the project plan, ensuring effective change control, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring the proposed engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring the work complies with QMS (Quality Management System) procedures.
- Access Control system – Product and Technical knowledge of makes like Paxton, Comelit, Kantech, CEM, ACT, Salto, and NSP.
- Intercom system – Product and Technical knowledge of makes like Comelit, Paxton, Aiphone, Formax, and Commend.
- CCTV system – Product and Technical knowledge of makes like Illustra, Axis, Hikvision, Concept Pro, Uniview, Hanwha, Bosch, Avigilon, Paxton, Genetec, and Milestone VMS.
