Methodology/Tools: MS Project
- Led from project kick off to handing over green field 113 MW HFO Power Plant Project with Wartsila Genset W20V32 Finland Genset over span of 11 months
- Attained main DG set from Wartsila Finland, waste heat recovery boiler from Alfa Laval Finland, and outdoor AIS substation equipment including power transformer from ABB India
- Collaborated with client, main equipment manufacturer, and company to report on project progress, aligned with parameters, and utilized Wartsila DCM365 data exchange platform
- Pre-engineering building construction with design criteria of seismic zone, wind velocity, BNBC codes
- Equipment erection includes waste heat recovery boiler from Alfa Laval, Steam turbine 3.1MW with 16 bar inlet pressure and 320-degree temperature, HFO/LO separators etc
- Well conversant with protection schemes of 132KV, 11KV and various interlock logic
- LT PMCC panel, MCC panel, 11KV SF6 switchgear panel, Twin parallel outgoing breaker panel considering current rating, Fault current limiter on 132KV downstream at 11KV with set point of 22KA for 50ms
- Line protection panel with line distance and differential as First main and backup protection as other over current and earth fault
- Transformer protection with transformer differential protection and REF as main protection
- Conversant with plant and substation earthing requirement
- Energized 132KV transmission line 5Kms with monopole structure from power plant to Chowmuhoni PGCB 132/33KV grid substation
- Energized 132/11KV substation with one outgoing bay and two power transformers of 80 MVA from ABB India
30 MW Gas Power Plant, Baloi
- Expedited project completion by 20% by owning both onshore and offshore contracts and project schedule
- Monitored and analyzed progress to give early warning signals for delays in procurement and suggested remedial actions for same
WHRB project, Bangladesh
- Reduced project cost by USD 300,000.00 and brought down project time by 30 days by adopting cost effective ways like in house manufacturing of major auxiliary equipment
- Drove cross functional activities (commissioning team from Alfa laval Alborg Finland) including planning, monitoring and controlling of project activities right from proposal to commissioning phase of project
