I have more than 8 years of experience in the field of CNC Production & Fabrication Quality and worked position of Production Manager in MAN STRUCTURALS PVT LIMITED JAIPUR. As a ASSISTANT DESIGN ENGINEER I join MAN STRUCTURALS PVT LIMITED company of JAIPUR as PRODUCTION Dept.in the early month of APR.2019. After half year of my service I promoted as a production Manager for 8 years i.e. Till December 2019. During this Period I learned Production operation in scientific and practical way such as shop Floor CNC Machine Programming planning, production, quality control, labor allocation, maintenance. Installation etc. My experience and confidence both helped me to work there for 8 years, I worked as production in Engineer independently. I was fully responsible for managing the plant and solve the day-to-day problem, there I was entrusted with the responsibilities of production planning, maintaining delivery schedule and achieving the target within available resources and man power.
