- Machine Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all machinery in the soap plant, including SRP(Simplex Refinery Plodder), TRM (Triple Roll Mills), DVP (Duplex Vacuum Plodder), Bar Cutter, Stamper, Soap Packaging Machine (ACMA), and associated equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical issues that arise in the TRM, DVP, Bar Cutter, ACMA , Stamper, Drives, Motors and other machines to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
- Repairs and Replacements: Repair or replace faulty electrical components such as motors, switches, sensors, and relays to restore functionality and prevent disruptions to production.
- Calibration and Adjustment: Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment and controls to maintain optimal performance and accuracy in soap and detergent manufacturing processes.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical components of machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Upgrades and Modifications: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment, as well as upgrades and modifications to existing systems, to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all electrical systems and components meet safety standards and regulations to provide a safe working environment for plant personnel and prevent accidents.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, for all electrical equipment in the soap plant.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for electrical components to ensure the availability of critical parts and minimize downtime during equipment failures.
- Energy Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency in the operation of TRM, DVP, Bar Cutter, Stamper, and other machines through optimization of electrical systems and utilization of energy-saving technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for enhancing the reliability, performance, and efficiency of electrical systems in the soap plant.
