Assisted the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) in setting up its design office and delivering architectural services for the redevelopment and modernization of various railway stations under the Amrit Bharat redevelopment program. Key responsibilities included:

a) Supporting RLDA in design-related aspects of architectural works for station redevelopment projects. b) Reviewing Design Basis Reports (DBR) for architectural initiatives and providing recommendations for RLDA’s approval. c) Compiling detailed designs, drawings, DBRs, documents, and checklists finalized in the field, while aiding RLDA in standardizing these materials, especially concerning modular elements and DBRs. d) Providing technical guidance for any unusual site conditions requiring design input during project execution. e) Developing detailed designs for any work not covered by the EPC contractor’s scope.

Participated in concept design and detailed design for 36 elevated stations across three corridors for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Phase IV, including the Lite Metro Rithala-Bawana-Narela corridor.

Involved in detailed design and finishing works for 12 elevated stations on Nagpur Metro Reach 3 and Reach 4. Also contributed to pre-bid work for 22 elevated stations on Pune Metro Line 1.

Engaged in detailed design development, GFC production, and coordination with the MEP team for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Phase III, Line 7, focusing on the Sarojini Nagar and Bhikaji Cama Place underground stations. Additionally, created typical detailing for 12 underground stations along the line.

Developed concept and detailed design for the CL 06 project in Singapore.

Managed design, detailing, and site coordination for corporate offices, including the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) at the Tata Energy and Research Institute (TERI) building and Safran's corporate office at the Hindustan Times building. Additionally, led retail interior design, coordination, and quality review for Fabindia stores in Delhi, Jammu, Gwalior, and Bhopal.

Delivering Schematic Design (SD) support through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) for various international commercial and institutional projects led by prominent architects, such as Callison, Nordstrom, RMJM Hillier, and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM).

Responsible for concept design, detailed design, and site coordination for group housing, residential, and commercial projects across Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand.
