• Designed and developed a new low-voltage feeder pillar for electric vehicles, based on market research insights from the marketing team.
• Initiated the project from the ground up, ensuring alignment with UK market requirements.
• Focused on innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of the electric vehicle sector.
• Designing plastic components, copper elements, and sheet metal parts, utilizing NX software.
• Enclosure and busbar configurations for 2,500 A and 3,200 A feeder pillars, including 2,500 A ACB, 3,200 A ACB, and MCCBs ranging from 250 A to 800 A.
• Adhere to the Gate process for the development of new products.
• Collaborate with the UK team to organize and conduct a design review.
• Prototype development and internal evaluation.
• Engage in a discussion with the industrialization team regarding the feasibility of design for manufacturing.

• Knowledge and demonstrated experience using CAD software tools like Solid Works, AutoCAD.
• Have experience of the root cause analysis and conclude the root cause and corrective action.
• Having experience of Tolerance stack up by closed loop worst-case method.
• Handel independently engine design & development activity from concept level to final success full proto for mechanical component.
• Experience of create and maintain documentation(Quality target sheet, B.O.M. creation, Product specification, Material specification, Assembly procedure, SOP)
