- Responsibility of incoming wood pulp inspection waste paper Grades such as SOP ,CBS, CGWS, Soft mix , Imported News Paper USA , UAE Hubs as Per the Specification of ISRAI.
- Ensuring quality of In-process product of Coating color kitchen such as clays, ammonia, dyes, binder, thickeners, etc. on daily basis. I giving on time feedback of these material.
- Assuring the quality of ECL coal and Pet coke rake by proper analysis such as TM %, IM %, ASH, calorific value, sulphur content& fixed carbon. In process power block inspection both boiler 100TPH& 70TPH on alternative day such as (DCF, APH & ESP stages.)
- Internal calibration of Testing instruments i.e responsibility towards calibration of equipment periodically and record their data as well. Revision of SOP's of laboratory instruments maintenance of each instrument during AMC work in parallel to service engineer and provided each and every thing as when required by them during their AMC period
- During my tenure in KPM my job profile rotated many times, I worked in paper Roll wise testing of writing printing, news print, and Duplex finished roll quality parameter testing.
- Stage wise analysis of stock pulp start from Pulper,Dump tower,primeMac inlet,prime mac outlet,primary mac outlet,pollcon tower outlet,post maccel outlet,M/c pump2,final tower. Also calculate gain in Bri% from Dump to final tower. and including poseiden turbidity inspection .
- Testing of jumbo roll interms of Grammage,Thickness,Bulk, Moisture,Cobb value, Breaking length,tear factor ,Ash,waxpick, Dirt count ,bendsten smoothness and other optical properties such and bri%,L-value,a-value& b value, opacity,Residual ink.
- Interpreted analytical data, converting to technical documentation for use in training manuals and standard operating procedures.
