Explore new technologies and its feasibility in implementing in Barclays environment, Analyzing the pros and cons in an existing or new solution and provide a fix, automate process for the Middleware operations team, Design and implement the architecture for Middleware container infrastructure

Automate processes in Infrastructure and Network space based on customers requirement, proactively identify gaps in the existing processes and provide fix, interact with customers to improve the existing process to reduce the no. of support tickets and response time for the incident.

Assess, approve/reject changes, expand Barclays' Change Management process to new business units. Report Change success rate, resolve failure causes, reduce incidents from changes to near-zero. Analyze incidents, identify root causes, coordinate with teams to prevent recurrence.

Grade: BA2

Configure new servers and manage network and firewall devices in Barclays Networks. Upgrade firewall versions and address escalated support issues from Level 1 Network Operations team. Identify and remediate unused and overly permissive firewall rules to ensure compliance with MAS Audit.
