• Responsible for process development. Prepare a detailed plan for the qualification of new products (FAI), and prepare all relevant manufacturing documents for new or prototype qualification products.
• Provide engineering support to internal and external stakeholders in all phases of product transition and manufacturing.
• Creation of the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM), condition of supply (COS), incorporation of the necessary assembly build sequence, and process changes.
• Preparation of PFD for assemblies, and PFMEA for assemblies.
• Creation of BOM, routing, PRT, and component assignment in the ERP (SAPHANA) system for part manufacturing.
• I am the ME representative for the Change Implementation Board (CIB) and am performing impact analysis for the engineering change notes.
• Raising EQNs to customers for product-related technical queries and responding to supplier EQNs for detailed parts manufacturing queries.
• Preparing change and impact analysis on customer ECNs and implementing the changes in appropriate documents.
• Process prove-out and coordination for the FAI completion.
• ME representative to analyze the Non-Conformity (NC) in structural assemblies and provide concession/disposition support to structures.

• APQP project for F-16 fighter wings, C-130 empennage, and repeated scoring marks; review of APQP documentation of TLMAL suppliers.
• Performing PFMEA for the assembly processes of F-16 wings to identify process KCs, risks, and a mitigation plan.
• Identification of deviations in the prototype parts, and forwarding to the design department for the incorporation of changes within the design.
• Developing customer interaction and coordination on the inspection, documentation, and buy-off activities.
• Prepared and reviewed FAIs for F-16 wings.
• Contributed to root cause analysis to determine the core reasons for failures and errors. Coordinated with quality control staff to complete inspections.

• Performing the Part I/R Demo and Fit checks, Partial FOD buy-off, and Final FOD buy-off (Customer Source Inspection) by the customer.
• Performing and updating the inspection-related tasks and activities in SAP (QM module). Implementation of the quality process in SAP, with coordination of the SAP team, and resolving quality issues in the production line.
