  • The major responsibility is to handle the two mHealth programs, Kilkari, and Mobile Academy. As a state program manager, I am responsible for the end-to-end management of the program in the entire state. I will be responsible for documentation, coordination, and managing the program in coordination with state officials (MD, NHM, Principal Secretary, state officials, and the ARMMAN program team).
  • Program management and implementation of activities to prevent maternal and infant deaths in the state by following the mission and vision of the organization to reduce the infant mortality rate in the state.
  • Develop and retain cordial and excellent relations with all the stakeholders involved in the programs at the grassroots level, i.e., NHM officials, frontline health workers, and beneficiaries.
  • Organize and coordinate with state nodals on capacity-building sessions, field visits, and the formation of village/town committees to set up the micro plans based on the risks at ground level.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services.
  • Provide strategic inputs to the overall program implementation of both mHealth interventions.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly plans for state, district, block, and site visits based on monthly performance data.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout the program's life cycle.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.
  • Analyzing program risks based on data, and proposing mitigation strategies to the organization.
  • Collect successful case studies from the fields.
  • Support other team members in research work, technical implementation of activities, UAT, and MIS analysis.

State Operational Coordinator

  • As a State Operational Coordinator scale up the diagnostic network optimization exercise to cover 2 states that contribute to the majority of the testing volumes. Conduct advocacy with Governments and Private institutions to implement the program strategy on Sputum Transportation in both states.
  • Coordinating collection of data from the districts in the Selected States related to the location of the CBNAAT, TrueNat their current capacity and utilization, patient flow, and status of sample referral systems.
  • Optimising the placement of existing CBNAAT and TrueNat devices in the public sector testing sites.
  • Estimate future demand for testing as upfront CBNAAT/NAAT is expanded to all newly diagnosed TB patients.
  • Map the location and capacity of TB diagnostic testing services in selected private sector labs and propose engagement models and referral patterns to optimise overall network efficiency and increase patient access to diagnosis.
  • Selection of the Local NGOs to implement the ground level activities. Yearly/Quarterly/monthly/ Evaluation have been conducted to measure the quality services by the NGOs.
  • Preparation of Budget sheets for individual NGOs and organize the doner meetings with National team to smooth releasing the funds in time.
  • Recommend the optimal sample referral network design from health facility to molecular testing site, plus on-referral for C/DST/LPA using multi-stop estimation method.

  • A consultant role of Community Impact Catalyst support programs aimed at development of health and hygiene behavior of the tribal community. Development of the activities to field implementation. and helping to improve the lives of people who live in deprived areas. The role seeks to involve communities in seeking solutions to the problems they face in partnership with statutory and voluntary bodies. The role identifies good practice within the local authority as well as regionally and nationally ensuring exchange of information and good practice, identifying local funding opportunities to deliver both local authority wide and regional initiatives.   • Building the links with strategic partners in all sectors to ensure plans are aligned and integrated with the program priorities.
