- Responsible for the Supply chain functions at Activ Beauté, a beauty brand start up, launched in Dec 2021. Launched the skincare brand with 16 products and 27 SKU's in the market.
- Worked onsite on Production of the product lines at Manufacturing facility , managing trial batches, Sampling, Preparing documents for COA, Certifications, Testings, FDA approvals.
- As part of the core start up team was responsible for RM/PM forecasting, demand planning, cost negotiations, contract closures and timeline management for production.
