• Responsible for gathering and analyzing RPA business requirements by working with the end users to understand and determine the business needs and problems and produce detailed documentation of RPA business processes that are rules-based, routine, and repeatable
• Responsible for Develop Detail As-Is Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document), Detail to be Automated Process Description - SDD (Solution Design Document)
• Responsible for End to End BOT implementations and creating test scenarios to complete the UAT

Major Projects:

• A360 Migration - A360 Migration is major project, along with this we have migrated 2012 to 2019 servers. To complete this Projects we have gathered all the required information like Applications used, Server names associated with BOT IDs, Processes running in servers, Schedules etc. After gathering all the information we have migrated and moved all the BOTs to A360 Production.
• Hierarchy Table Process - Hierarchy table update process helps to minimize/eliminate the time spent by the VM team. This process is GUI based workflow which will work as a self-service platform for the requestors. This will provide a new GUI based interface to the requestors(security team) and initiate the approval with the finance approvers. Once approved by finance, the request is validated for input fields and returned to the users if any validation failures. If the request is valid, the automated workflow will try to perform the SAP update and capture the status (error/failure/success) and return to requester/user
  
• Automated Invoice Download - Automated Invoice download process helps Procurement team to identify the right document based on color code and some major inputs from SAP and download the Invoice and upload into the SharePoint.
