• Operation and maintenance of AV System – Crestron Mercury, Cisco Tele presence system, all meeting rooms and managing
• Operation and maintenance of 250KVA UPS with Isolation Transformer
• Operation and maintenance of ATS Panel 400A
• Operation and maintenance of LT Panels
• Operation and maintenance of RPDB, UPS DB, ELDB
• Operation and maintenance of AHU's, CSU unit, PAC units, HI Wall units, VFD, HVAC Panels
• Operation and maintenance of BMS, Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguisher, GSS NOVAC, VESDA Panels, Rodent, WLD, PA System, Smoke detectors, Sensors, VAV, FAN Systems
• Maintain HUB Rooms, DATA Centre
• Preparing and maintaining reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per management requirement to make decision
• Then monitoring and maintaining the office premises
• Managing and Monitoring of facility including Renovation works of offices across areas.

• Maintain 110kv/33kv Yard in Step-down Transformer 12.5MVA, 33KV/433V of Distribution Transformer 2500KVA, VCB 33kv, Relays, LT panels and capacitor panels, MV Panel and ACBs up to 4000A, 2500KVA DG sets, Chiller 800TR.

• Maintain 11kv/433V of Distribution Transformer 2500KVA, 1010KVA DG sets, UPS 20KVA, Chiller 400TR, Fire systems sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Diesel Pumps - 90kw, Fire Alarm Systems, AHU's, TFA's WTP, STP.
