Responsible for all administrative aspects of the operations
Managing Daily shift operations and ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures
Responsible for opening and closing restaurant depending on the Shifts
Assisting the Genral Manager with the planning and executing of achieving monthly cost goals
Managing any Issues regarding f&b quality and outlet standards
Co-ordinating with the Unit Chef and senior management for updation or any changes to be made in the menu
Handling staff rota and maintaining their records,
Training new staff members on for a smooth Restaurant Operations
Assisting in maintaining daily bookkeeping and recorded deposits on a nightly basis
Maintaining Status reports and forecasted revenues and earnings
Performing Inventory counts and maintaining purchase information
Budget Administration
