Steady State Operations:

• Plant monitoring and controlling.
• Start up, shutdown, off-set minimizing and emergency handling.
• SOPs preparation and reviewing.

• Co-ordinate the maintenance jobs with service departments in the shift with complete work permit compliance.
• Controlling the activities during the plant emergencies, start-up and shut down by co-ordination of field and panel operators.

Pre-commissioning& Commissioning Activities:

• DCS Function test (Simple loop, complex loop, ESD and F&G).
• Punch checking from P&ID.
• Following Control Narratives and checking controllers whether it is functioning as per Control Narrative.
• DCS punch clearance.
• Chemical cleaning, catalyst loading, Degreasing, MRT&OMRT Steam blowing, Inertization, air blowing, card board blasting, leak test, Hydro Test and chemical loading.
• Loop checking (continuity, alarm, failure action etc.)

My Responsibilities:

• Production planning and shutdown planning.
• Handling Experience in Granulator, Mixed flow reactor ,Plug flow reactors , Dryer drum, Cooler, Air-Pre heater, Scrubbers, Cyclones, Conveyors and Bucket Elevators, Belt conveyors ,Sulphur pit.
• Raw materials and its Efficiency calculations.
• Trouble shooting plant operating conditions, quality, statutory norms of plant.
• Calculating plant Mass balance and fixing nutrient fixation.
• Working on plant production enhancement for going higher loads.
• Monitoring and Controlling urea, water, steam, Defoamer, Anti caking agent consumptions.

My evolution in Energy conservation are:

• Reduction of steam consumption in Dryer by optimizing reaction temperatures
• Productivity improvement in NPK fertilizer in product temperature
• Product moisture below 0.9%
• Product size improvement 4-2mm above 80%
• Chemicals Defoamer, anti-caking agent within budget norms
• Technical support to plant in production enhancement and statutory norms
• Projects with plant team of production enhancement and Quality in SMALL GROUP Activity
• If any deviations come in any condition of plant doing RCA and troubleshooting problems
• Preparing JHA for attending any jobs
• Preparing SOP for controlling procedures for jobs
