- Hands-on experience in the setup, erection, and dismantling of Plants, ensuring technical specifications and operational requirements are met.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT and lead time to ensure on-time delivery and prevent production disruptions.
- Work closely with maintenance, production, quality, and accounts teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with procedures.Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and strengthen supply chain performance .
- Manage day-to-day procurement for mechanical items, critical spare parts, consumables, and capital items. Handle vendor identification, techno-commercial comparisons and negotiations to achieve cost optimization.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including vehicle planning and dispatch scheduling.
- Oversee inventory planning and stock monitoring to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory. Prepare MIS reports, track vendor performance, and support internal/external audits.
