KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative/Facility/Procurement/Real Estate procedures and systems.
  • General office management including facilities, Housekeeping, security, Pantry, relocation/expansion and liaise with external contractors
  • Responsible for complete Procure (Capex & Opex) to Pay cycle (P2P) & coordinating with relevant business partners.
  • Preparing and processing requisitions, purchase orders, GRIR Entry, Asset ID preparing in to the SAP for Pan India for Capex & Opex, It & Non-It.
  • Pan India- sourcing and procurement of Material & Service (AMC/CMC) and Routine Operations by negotiating with suppliers.
  • Managed small and large projects. Ability to lead and manage small minor project works on-site.
  • Preparing & maintaining the various report- Budgeting, Open P.O report, Blank P.O report, Monthly accrual etc.,
  • Identifying potential suppliers/vendors/contractors from the market and sending them the request for proposal.
  • Negotiating all offers from suppliers/vendors/contractors/Landlords and shortlisting the ones which meet requirements.
  • Conducting regular scheduled as well as unscheduled meetings / discussions with the vendor, Supplier, landlord’s,

  • Managing, maintaining & Dispatching More than 150 Locations stationary (Indent)- Consignment Note, Letterhead, Poster, Banner, Barcode sticker, xerox paper, Container seal, tab roll, Mother bag, plastic seal, Printed packing Tape, Carton Box etc.,
  • Management of administrative activities involving House Keeping, Security & Facility, Cafeteria, CCTV, Access system, Fire & Safety, UPS, DG, Lifts Gardens, Office supplies, Printing & stationery, Parking, Civil works, Planning & scheduling Preventive Maintenance for all AC, AHU, UPS, Fire hydrants, DG Set, Lifts etc.,

  • Conducting facility rounds to identify snag list & end user feedback as well as HSE (Health Safety and Environment) improvement opportunities or risks, and working to address them in consultation with the Supervisor/ Stake holder.
  • Procurement handling equipment & General items and dispatching pan India – Forklift, BOPT, Stacker, Hand Pallet Truck, Scissor lift, Dock levellers, Stabilizer, Conveyer Belt, Industrial racking system, Weighing Scale Machine, Bay Bridge, AC, Industrial Fan, Chair, Table, etc.
  • Identifying, short listing and finalizing premises for new offices and facilities.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals from management and inviting tenders related to interior and allied works and executing them.
  • Coordinating with the legal team for document verification
