• Onboarded privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, network devices, and databases using PUU, API scripts, and platform-specific onboarding.
• Configured and managed CPM platforms, defined password rotation policies, and integrated directory services via LDAP.
• Resolved incidents related to CPM failures, Vault access issues, and platform mismatches.
• Conducted daily health checks, ensured uptime of core components (PVWA, CPM, PSM), and remediated alerts.
• Managed safe creation, permissions, and vault access controls in line with least privilege principles.
• Designed and maintained Master Policies, integrated with SafeNet MFA, and enforced dual control where applicable.
• Supported integration between SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Worked with cross-functional teams on change requests, patching, and platform updates.
• Created and maintained SOPs, KBA articles, and contributed to audit support documentation.
• Ensured SLA compliance for incident and request resolution, and performed root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
