· To verify and receipt of Finished products from Packing department.

· To aggregation and De-aggregation process for JEKSON machine.

· To store and dispatch the Finished products as per Standard Operating Procedure.

· To perform the Palletization of goods as per customer shipping requirement.

· To ensure the proper labeling (shipping marks) and other shipping labels to the consignment.

· To maintain cleanliness & good housekeeping practices in Finished goods material store.

· To ensure timely disposal of rejected goods and to initiate material destruction note/vendor returns as per SOP and to maintain proper documentation.

· Maintenance of Documents and compliance of warehouse records as per statutory requirements and GMP compliance.

· To maintain all consumable items required for Finished Goods dispatch.

· To ensure the recording and monitoring of Environmental conditions, Calibration, and performance check of weighing balances of Warehouse.

· To ensure safety at workplace by following and monitoring adherence to established EHS SOPs at the site.

· Managed warehouse operations and verified proper shipment procedures.

· Any other job responsibility assigned by superior from time to time.

· Creation and Release of Process Orders.

· Generating BMRs/BPCRs as per approved index.

· Follow-up for raw materials & packing materials releasing with QC.

· Ensuring the execution of monthly rolling production plan.

· Timely provide BPCR and BMRs with process order to warehouse for dispensing.

· Preparation of daily basis production schedule & ensure the execution of monthly rolling production plan.

· Exposure on the production planning in pharmaceutical sector is needed either in current or previous roles.

· Any other job responsibility assigned by approver time to time.
