Performs user provisioning activities which includes setting up new accounts, password resets, assigning users to appropriate groups and assigning security roles according to employee/contractor approved positions.
Responsible for creating and maintaining Single Roles, Master /Derived Roles /Composite Roles, and Authorizations using Profile Generator (PFCG) throughout multiple SAP Landscapes based on complex client design restrictions and security.

Role administration like Role creation, Role modification, Authorization issue and assigning to users based on request.
Worked on user administration with Central User Administration (CUA).
Access Control in Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Risk Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM) and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
Worked on SUIM for analysis of security set up in the systems by extracting information regarding Transactions, users, roles and profiles.
Handled Security System trace management using transaction codes SU53, ST01 and STAUTHTRACE. Traced and resolved authorization issues.
Assigning Controllers, and Owners to Firefighter IDs assigning firefighter IDs to firefighters.
Enabled / disabled authorization objects using SU24.
Supported in Production support and did analysis to provide the best recommendation for changes.
Making system Audit Compliant in Security Area
Worked on Mass user Administration activities using SU10.
Created and assigned Firefighter User Access using transaction SU01 and assisting in managing FF ID owners and controllers.
Created user group using SUGR
Mapped Owners, Firefighters and Controllers using NWBC.
Maintained and mitigated users in GRC with proper documentation.
Resolved authorization issues by analyzing the SU53 screen shots..
Removed existing Approvers in GRC for roles and also make new Approvers for roles.
Created the OSS ids to log into the SAP marketplace and provided developer keys and set up OSS ids with necessary authorizations for SAP team to login and investigate the issue for which OSS case is raised.
Worked with tables (SE16) like AGR_DEFINE, AGR_AGRS, AGR_1251, AGR_1252, AGR_TCODES and AGR_USERS to evaluate reports. Also created custom tables by joining multiple tables using SQVI.
Transportation within the landscape DEV, QAS, PRD in SAP systems.
Collaborated with end users and clients of all levels to diagnose issues related to authorizations.
