Environmental Clearance and other liaison work related to Environment (Chennai & Bengaluru):

· Preparation and Submission of Environmental Clearance application & CTE/CTO in all manners along with the coordination of Internal teams and the NABET consultant.

· Regular follow ups with the SEAC/SEIAA (TN & BLR) - AE/AEE & Chairman/Member Secretary & TNPCB/KSPCB - AE/AEE & Chairman/Member Secretary.

· Carrying out Environmental Monitoring for all the construction and operation phase projects along with the NABL labs.

· Preparation and Submission of Six-Month Compliance report, Form V – Environment Statement & other related woks pertaining to Environmental Clearance & CTE/CTO.

Tamil Nadu – Approval related to obtaining Environmental Clearnce like CMDA, DTCP, PWD, etc.,

Bangalore Approvals :

• Obtaining Khata & Amalgamated Khata as per the Sale Deed.
• Construction & Demolition Waste approval from BBMP.
• Height Clearance from Airport Authority of India, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Indian Airforce & Jakkur Flying School.
• BESCOM NOC.
• BWSSB NOC.
• Fire NOC.
• Tree Fell Down Approval from Fores Wing, BBMP.
• Building Plan Approval from BBMP.
• KRERA.

• Preparation of Environmental Clearance (ToR/EIA) Reports for Project activity like 5(f) - Synthetic organic chemical industries, 8(a) - Building & Construction and 8(b) - Township Area Development project for both Category A & B and Uploading in PARIVESH portal
• Preparation & Application submission of Consent like CTE, CTO after CTE, CTE Amendment, CTO Direct, CTE renewal and CTO renewal in categories like Red, Orange and Preparation of CTE & CTO compliance
• Six months EC compliance report preparation including monitoring of (AAQ, Noise, Ground water, Surface Water & Soil)
• CRZ study - Coordinating with Anna University for the study of CRZ and preparation of CRZ clearance.

• Working as Junior Consultant for the EIA Team
• Report/Application preparation for project activities like 1(a) - Mining, 4(a) - Petroleum Refining Complex, 5(f) - Synthetic organic chemical, 8(a) - Building & Construction and 8(b) - Township Area Development project for both category A & B
• Uploading of Application in PARIVESH portal
• Documentation works for individual projects
• Worked in QA/QC team for reviewing documents before Uploading in PARIVESH Portal
• Site visit for the individual projects to know the actuals.

• Acting as Assistant to Assistant Environmental Engineers (AEE) in State Environment Impact Assessment Authority SEIAA, Tamil Nadu
• Guiding proponent & Consultant to rectify the errors in the EC/ToR application
• Hard copy verification and Filter proposal with a checklist based on the project sector and category including HACA, NBWL, CRZ etc
• Final Terms of Reference - ToR & Environmental Clearance - MoM & EC Content preparation.
