2.IOT Based Motor's Health Monitoring System
This project aims to prevent motor breakdowns in industries by monitoring motor performance and health. It combines sensors for temperature, current, voltage, and RPM to track motor parameters continuously. Data from these sensors are stored in a CSV sheet and displayed on a web dashboard for real-time monitoring. Additionally, a machine learning model using the Random Forest Classifier predicts motor failures to enable proactive maintenance. Overall, this system offers a cost-effective solution to enhance motor reliability, prevent costly repairs, and minimize operational downtime in industrial settings.
