• Deploying and Managing the solutions across AWS and Azure for the customers, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability for production workloads.
• Perform end-to-end deployment operations, including release execution, validation, environment monitoring, log analysis, and automated health checks.
• Take complete ownership of Jira operational tickets, from creation through resolution, collaborating with development, QA, and platform teams to ensure timely fixes, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the full Incident Management lifecycle—triaging and validating issues, documenting incidents, updating Status Dashboards, communicating with stakeholders, escalating critical problems, and driving resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews, recommending preventive measures to strengthen system stability, and avoid recurring issues.
• Use cloud monitoring tools, metrics, and logs to perform deep investigations, and optimize system performance.
• Work extensively with Slack, Jira, Confluence, Linux, and deployment automation processes.
• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, and Python scripting for automation, diagnostics, and operational enhancements.
