- Intimating Motor Private claims on toll-free number within 24 hours of claims.
- Coordinating with the insurer for the customer claim procedure and settlement.
- Coordinating with the surveyor to assign the claim and to know the status of the claim.
- Every weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting will be held with my teammates (to address areas where we are lacking).
- Using the Freshdesk Portal for Raising the Ticket for Motor Endorsement after request received from the Customer.
- Checking and Verifying all the Documents required for raising the Endorsement (Financial and Non-Financial).
- Coordinating with the insurer until the closure of the case.
- SLA 75% Endorsement cases closure within TAT (Non-Financial and Financial).
- Policy issuance cases raising the ticket and follow up with the insurer, and uploading the same on Coverfox portal.
- SLA for Policy Issuance: 80% closure of the cases within 24 hours.
- Case is processed for refund and cancellation to the insurer, as per the required documents for processing.
- SLA for Refund and Cancellation: 60% closure of the cases within 15 working days.
- Intimating Government claim by following up with the insurer for the surveyor and post-sales query to be resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with all the PSU and non-PSU companies, like Oriental, United, New India, etc.
- Every week, meeting with the insurer to discuss how the claim process can be more streamlined.
